Day Two Tracking the Mountain Gorillas: Have breakfast very early in the morning and drive off to the park’s headquarters for an orientation about the gorillas. You are split into groups according to  the one assigned to you and off you go with a ranger. Hiking through the mysterious forest is adventurous as you come across other primates, flora and fauna, bird species and butterflies that will make the your day special. Hiking takes about 2 to 6 hours depending on where the gorillas were the previous day. Some level of physical fitness is needed as you have to climb the mountains. Just in case you are exhausted, there are porters that will carry you at a fee. The hike is quite strenuous but rewarding when you get the chance to see the powerful mountain gorillas. Silverback  playing with its young ones, mothers feeding and others resting. A distance of 5 meters must be observed and remember to turn off your flash light. Children below the age of 15years are not allowed to track gorillas. With a wonderful experience with the gorillas, you return to the Headquarters.

Depending on time and your energy levels, you may go for a village walk to see the pygmies that are known as Batwa people. Get to know how they have been able to survive in this dense forest. You will get a chance to visit their school; women craft shops, traditional healer and learnelephant how their brew is locally made. You will be told a story about their existence and through such visits, you support their projects. In appreciation, they will entertain you with their traditional dance and you are free join. This will make the end of your adventurous day with the gorillas.

Day Three Queen Elizabeth National Park: An exquisite breakfast and drive off to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On our way we drive through the Ishasha sector and get an opportunity to see the tree climbing lions, these are always resting in trees as they avoid heat and bugs on the ground. You will surely take great pictures. We then continue to Queen Elizabeth National and arrive late in the afternoon, we check into preferred lodge. These ranges from luxury, moderate and budget accommodation. Whichever you choose, you will be delighted by the magnificent view that overlook the park. Day Four Game drive and boat cruise: The best time to enjoy your game drive is by waking up so early. Have breakfast drive off in search for animals. During this time, you will get a chance to see the early risers and others retiring to go to sleep. The commonly seen animals include buffaloes, lions, warthogs, antelopes, Impala, Ugandan Kob, and different bird species. After having a wonderful time with the animals, you return to the lodge and rest.
In the afternoon, we get ready for the game drive along the kazinga channel. This is the opportunity you have to see animals you missed out on the game. You will see big concentration of hippos thrashing the water, crocodiles basking in the sun, buffaloes and elephants coming to drink chimpppwater. Other animals will be seen at the distance as they graze. Different bird species will be all over the place, make sure your camera is fully charged to enable you take great pictures. Day 5 Kyambura Gorge for gorilla tracking: Have an early morning breakfast and we set off to Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee tracking. We arrive at the Headquarters for briefing about the rules and guidelines that govern tracking the chimpanzees. Your ranger will direct you to the best place where these chimps are easily seen. As you move through the forest, you will come across other bird species, primates such as white and black colobus money, baboons, vervet monkeys, red tailed colobus moneys and many others. Its quite amazing setting eyes on the chimpanzees, you will see them do their daily routine work. Some playing, resting and mothers feeding their young ones. With a great encounter with the chimps, we return to the lodge for lunch and check out of the lodge. We drive off to Kampala and our stopover is at the Equator for picture taking and buying souvenir from the craft shops. We arrive in Kampala late in the evening and check into your lodge or hotel. If you have a flight, continue to Entebbe airport and say farewell to the pearl of Africa.

After an adventurous time with the gorillas, return to the Headquarters and depending on your energy levels and time, you may take a village walk to see the batwa people. You will get a chance to visit them in their homestead and get to know how they have been able to survive in this area. Day Three: With a beautiful memory of the gorillas you saw yesterday, get ready to see a different gorilla group and in a different area. Havegrouppp breakfast and head out to the park headquarters for an orientation about the gorillas. This time around, you are much more informed about the rules and guidelines. As you hike the mysterious forest, you are so observant and ready to meet the great mountain gorillas. You will surely double your experience about the gentle giants of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Depending on time, you may opt to take a nature walk to see the Munyanga River or alternatively go visit Lake Bunyonyi. It’s an amazing place to spend a night as you enjoy the calm weather. It’s surrounded by many islands and you will see different species of birds. The experience is worth remembering.

Day Four: After enjoying a few activities in the morning around lake Bunyonyi, we checkout of the lodge and drive off to Kampala. We have lunch in mbarara and our next stop over is at the Equator for picture taking and buying craft items as souvenirs. Day 2: Bwindi Gorilla trekking
Start the long awaited day with a beautiful morning breakfast, and off you proceed to the park’s Headquarters for  a briefing about the rules and guidelines that govern gorilla trekking.This is exciting as you are assigned a particular gorilla group to track,you move into the dense forest in search for the gorillas.As you hike, you will come across other primates,bird species, butterflies,flora and fauna.Within no time, you will see the family of gorillas.Mothers feeding , silverback playing with young ones and others resting.As you get mesmerized, remember to turn off your flash light as you take pictures and keep silence.Children below the age of 15 years are not allowed to track gorillas. Information About Mountain Gorilla Habitat And Location

Mountain gorillas are an adventurous creature that everyone must see. Its the world’s endangered species discovered in Africa and in conserved areas of the afromontane forests. There are specific regions where these gorillas can be seen for instance Eastern part of Congo, Southwestern part of Uganda and the Northwestern part of Rwanda. These forests are a home to other primates, bird species, reptiles, butterflies, fauna and Get to know where gorillas stay in Bwindiflora. All this prepares you to meet the great mountain gorillas.

The Mountain gorillas are made up of two populations. In 2003, the total population of gorillas escalated to 700 of which close to 350 are discovered in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park situated in the southwestern part of Uganda. Part of the number is found in Virunga Volcano range. This park has both fauna and flora; it’s acknowledged to cover three neighboring national parks in different countries. These include Virunga national park in Congo, Volcano national park in Rwanda and Mgahinga gorilla national park in Uganda.
Bwindi Impenetrable Nationa Park is located in Uganda and has half of the world’s predictable population of about 780 mountain gorillas. It’s adjacent to the western rift valley neighboring Kabale, Kanungu as well as Kisoro district. The rift valley covers an area of about 331 square Kilometer with an altitude range of 1,160 meters to 2,607 meters. The coldest months are during June and July with an average temperature of about 7C to 20c.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is UNESCO World Heritage Site and still borders Congo. The park is a home to 326 mountain gorillas and has one of the biggest apes in the world. The forest that is a home to the gorillas is always cold, misty and cloudy. Trekking through this forest is breathtaking when you get a chance to see the gorillas in their habitat.

Day One: Uganda Wildlife Safari begins: A lovely morning breakfast and drive off to Murchison Falls National Park. Some of these animals will be spotted at a closer range. Return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 3:  Have breakfast and check out of the lodge. We drive off to Kibale Forest National Park. The scenery is beautiful and one to enjoy with In a relaxing mood after tourists spotting this chimpanzee.craters surrounding the area. On your way, you will take great pictures and we have lunch in Hoima.We arrive and check in to your desired lodge, some are located within the heart of the forest and the rest surrounding the park. In the evening we set off for the nocturnal walk, you will get a chance to see animals you can’t see during the day. Some of these include potto, bush babies and bird species. You will be guided by a ranger who will take you to the best spot. Return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 4: An early morning breakfast and off we go to Kibale Forest National park for chimpanzee tracking. As you hike, you will come along primates, bird species, butterflies, fauna and flora.Kibale forest is well known to be a home to so many primates in Uganda. Your morning will be fulfilled by the glance at the Chimpanzees. You will encounter a memorable experience in your life. Return to the lodge for lunch and check out of the lodge.

Right after lunch, we leave for Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will enjoy the drive as you say farewell to the beautiful crater lakes. We arrive and check in to your preferred lodge. Day 5:  Queen Elizabeth Park Wildlife Safari: A beautiful breakfast at your lodge and head out for the morning game drive. The drive takes about 2 to 3 hours of searching for animals. You will get a chance to see early risers and those retiring to go to sleep. Our guide will drive you to the best spots where animals can be easily seen. Among these include lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, Uganda kob, waterbucks, warthogs and many others. Different bird species will be all over the place. Return to your lodge for lunch and rest.

In the afternoon, we are off for the boat cruise on Kazinga channel. The channel connects lake George and Lake Edward. You will see large Catch a glance at this animal while on game drive.concentration of hippos thrashing the water, crocodiles basking in the sun, buffaloes and elephants coming for water, antelopes, warthogs, giraffes and many others seen at a distance. You will enjoy the cool environment and nature at its best. In the evening, we take off for the nocturnal game drive to see animals that move during the night. You may fail to take good pictures but you have memories of the great safari you had in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth Park – Chimpanzee tracking: A wonderful day of great breakfast and off we go to Kyambura Gorge for Chimpanzee tracking. The walk is not tiresome and you are guided by the Ranger who will easily tell where the chimpanzees were the day before. This kind of work needs a skilled ranger with sufficient information about the chimpanzees. Along the way you will meet primates, bird species, butterflies, fauna and flora. Coming face to face with the chimpanzees will be breathtaking, you will take photos and have a beautiful time with them.Kyambura is also known to be a home to various species of birds. You will get a chance to visit Maramagamba forest known to be a home to hundreds of bats and snakes. Return to your lodge for lunch and proceed for an afternoon game drive through the savannah, you will still see many animals.

Right after having dinner, we take a nocturnal game drive which is optional. You will see many animals that you can’t see during the day. The ride will be exciting although you won’t take good pictures. The experience is worth your safari.

Day 7 – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for Mountain Gorilla Tracking: Right after breakfast and we drive through the Ishasha region to see the tree climbing lions. They are often times resting in the trees to avoid heat and ground bugs. After catching a glimpse at the lions, we continue to Bwindi. As you approach Kabale, you will be thrilled by the so many hills and a beautiful countryside. We arrive at Bwindi and check in to your desired lodge. Have lunch. Whichever you choose, you will have a magnificent view of the Impenetrable forest. In the afternoon, we take a forest walk to see some primates and bird species. Return to your lodge for dinner and prepare for tomorrow’s great day.

Day 8 – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park Gorilla:  Have a warm breakfast and proceed to the park’s headquarters for an orientation See large groups of gorillas in Nkuringoabout gorilla tracking. You will split into groups according to the one assigned. You will meet the Ranger who will take you through the hike. Only 8 people per group are allowed to track the gorillas.Bwindi has 9 gorilla families and these include Kyaguriro, Rushegura, Oruzogo, Habinyanja, Nshongi, Bitukura, Mubare, Kahungye and Nkuringo. As you hike through the forest, you will see primates, birds, butterflies, fauna and flora. The hike takes about 8 hours or less depending on where they were the day before. Getting a chance to see the gorillas at a closer range will be breathtaking. You will see them do their daily routine work such as playing; resting and the mothers feeding their young ones. A distance of 5 meters must be observed. As you take photos, remember to remove the flash light and observe silence. Children below the age of 15 are not allowed to track the gorillas. Elderly people that may wish to see the gorillas can track the Reshegura group of gorillas; these are easily accessible around the forest. After a great day with the gorillas, we return to the park’s headquarters.

Depending on the time, we set off for the village walk to see the Batwa people known as the pygmies. You will get so much information about their history, traditional ways and values. You will visit the women craft shop, community school and their traditional healer. As a way of appreciation, they will entertain you with their cultural dance and sing as well. With a wonderful experience, you return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 9: Lake Mburo National Park:  Have breakfast and check out of the lodge. We drive off to Lake Mburo National Park. The best place to break an exhausting journey of visiting different parks in Uganda. We arrive, check in and have lunch. The lodges range from super luxury, luxury, moderate and budget. As you enjoy your delicious meal, you will see animals roaming around the park.
In the afternoon, we are off for a relaxing boat ride around the lake. You will see large concentration of hippos thrashing the water, crocodiles basking in the sun, antelopes, zebras, buffaloes and much more. We return at the lodge and rest. In the evening, we get ready for the sunset Buy a souvenir while on your safari in Lake Mburo National Park .walk guided by a ranger. You will see lots of bird species and animals. Day 10: Uganda Wildlife Safari comes to an end: An early morning breakfast and off for the morning game drive through the acacia trees scattered in the Savannah. You will get a chance to see the early risers and those retiring to go to sleep. Lots of animals will be spotted at any angle. Check out the lodge and drive off to Kampala. Have lunch in Mbarara. Our first stop will be at the Equator to take photos and visit the craft shops. Another will be at Buganda Royal Drum Makers; you will buy for yourself a souvenir. We arrive late afternoon and check in to your hotel, if you have a flight proceed to Entebbe Airport. Just in case you still have time, you may enjoy nightlife in Kampala which is optional. It’s a place where the party never ends; you will dance to African music and drink as well. After enjoying yourself, our guide will be available to drive you back to your hotel and get ready for your flight back home.

Day 1: Kibale Forest: Uganda Primate and Wildlife Safari of 11 days start. We stop at Mubende for lunch and proceed to visit prehistoric 400 year old Nakayima Witch Tree. Some Ugandans believe that this tree has done for them great wonders; you will see them worshiping it. Our guide will tell you some brief history about this tree and how it came into existence. Day 2: Kibale Forest: Have an early morning breakfast and get ready for an adventurous day in your life. With a ranger, we head out to track the chimpanzees. As we hike through the forest, we shall see other primates like Red Tailed Monkeys, Black and White Monkeys, Red Colobus Monkeys, Blue Monkeys, Baboons, L’Hoest’s Monkeys, bird species and wildlife particularly the forest elephants. The forest is a home to so many butterflies; these will follow you as you walk through the forest. Coming face to face with the chimpanzees will be amazing, you will see them play, feed and others resting. You are allowed to take photos and so make sure your camera is fully charged. The encounter is quite breathtaking and memorable. Return to your lodge for lunch and rest

In the afternoon, we are off to visit the neighborhood Bigodi Swamp Wetland. This area is a home to over 136 different species of birds; they are easily spotted in the polita figs, wild palms as well as papyrus. Surprisingly you will see many monkeys and still observe the rare sitatunga antelope. You may as well discover some chimpanzees. Bird watching is best at this spot. Return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth: A lovely breakfast at the lodge and check out. We proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. As you say farewell to Take a game drive and see large numbers of elephants.Kibale, you will see some crater lakes and other features that make the area look stunning with a beautiful weather. It’s a four hours drive to reach at Queen Elizabeth and straight away have lunch. We check in to your desired lodge and these ranges from super luxury, luxury, moderate and budget. Be certain to enjoy a true wilderness of the park as you spot animals roaming around.
In the afternoon, we set off for the boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. This channel connects Lake George and Lake Edward. This is the perfect time to see large concentration of hippos thrashing the water, crocodiles basking in the sun, bird species, elephants and buffaloes coming for water, antelopes, waterbucks, Uganda kob, giraffes spotted at a distance as they graze. As you enjoy the cool breeze of the Nile, you will surely take great pictures. Spotting wildlife in water will be a great welcome to the park. Return to your lodge for dinner.

In the evening we proceed for the nocturnal wildlife drive that is optional, you will see animals that move at night. Day 4: Queen Elizabeth Park: Right after your morning breakfast, we drive to Kyambura Gorge to track the chimpanzees. Maramagambo Forest in Queen Elizabeth has large population of chimpanzees although these are not habituated like those in Kyambura Gorge. Before spotting Chimpanzees, you will see other primates like Black and White Colobus Monkeys, Olive Baboons, Vervet Monkeys and Red Tailed Monkeys. Kyambura is a home to so many species of birds for example Blue Bellied Kingfisher, Black Bee Eater and many others.
Right after an adventurous moment with the Chimpanzees, we have our packed lunch and continue to Maramagambo Forest. You will still see primates along the walk, some chimpanzees and leopards at a distance. It’s a famous place for birdwatchers and the commonly seen include woodpeckers, sunbirds, Grenbuls and many others. Before dinner we take an afternoon game drive to see the magnificent crater lakes, you will see animals like buffaloes, giraffes, elephants resting around the crater and many bird species. Day 5: Queen Elizabeth Park and Bwindi Forest: An exquisite morning breakfast and check out of the lodge. We set off for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest but prior to that, we take a game drive to spot the tree climbing lions in the Ishasha region of Queen Elizabeth National Take good photos of gorillas in their habitat.Park. They are always resting in trees to avoid heat and the bugs on the ground. Have our packed lunch and proceed to Bwindi.The journey is so interesting as you will see hills surrounding the countryside. Day 6: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest: An early morning breakfast and proceed to the park’s headquarters for an orientation about gorilla tracking. You are given packed lunch because the trek may take 8hours or less depending on where the gorillas were the previous day. You are split into groups according to the one assigned and off you go with a Ranger. Bwindi has 9 gorilla family and these include Rushegura, Kyaguriro, Oruzogo, Habinyanja, Nshongi, Bitukura, Mubare, Nkuringo as well as Kahungye. Hiking the dense forest will give you a chance to see other primates, butterflies, bird species, fauna and flora. Some level of physical fitness is required and just in case you get tired, they are porters to carry you at a fee. As you approach the gorillas, you will feel thrilled. You are advised to keep a distance of 5 meters. You will see them do their daily routine work of playing, resting and the mothers feeding their young ones. Silence must be observed and as you take photos, remember to remove the flash flight. Children below the age of 15 are not allowed to track the gorillas .Elderly people who may wish to see the gorillas may track the Reshegura group, these are easily accessible around the forest. After having a wonderful time with the gorillas, we return to the headquarters.

Depending on the time, we may take a village walk to see the Batwa people who are known as pygmies. You will get so much information on how they have managed to survive in this area. Catching a glance at these local people will be fulfilling, you will visit their craft shops, community school and their traditional healer. They will entertain you with their cultural dance and sing as well. After having such a rewarding time with the Batwa, return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 11 Entebbe: An early morning breakfast and go to visit Ngamba Chimpanzee Sanctuary situated on Lake Victoria. The easiest way to access this area is by taking a boat ride on Lake Victoria. The Island was established for the orphaned Chimpanzees.They are habituated and to feel more at home while on this Island. You will have a wonderful time with the chimpanzees and take good pictures. We have lunch and get back to Entebbe for either a night flight or rest as you wait for tomorrow. You may enjoy nightlife in Entebbe which is optional, at this place the party never ends. Day 1 to Murchison Falls National Park: The 15 day Wildlife Safari in Uganda Begins. Very early in the morning we have breakfast and drive off to Murchison Falls National Park located in the northern part of Uganda. We get in the vehicle and our next stop over destination is at the top of the falls in the park. This nature wonder is breathtaking and an experience for lifetime. Sir Samuel Baker and the wife had the opportunity to name the falls in 1864 and later on the president of that time called Idi Amin renamed them to Kabalega Falls. This didn’t sound well to the local people and so they continued to call it Murchison Falls National Park, one of the famous parks in Uganda.

You will see animals roaming around the park and elephants coming at your doorstep, an amazing experience. Prior to lunch, we set off for the midday game drive to see the tree climbing lions. Day 14: Lake Mburo: An early morning breakfast and set off for the game drive. You will see the early risers and those retiring to go to sleep. You will catch a glance at animals like antelopes, elands, buffaloes, Uganda Kob, waterbucks, warthogs and many others. We arrive in Kampala and check in to your hotel. If you have a flight, you continue to Entebbe Airport and say bye to the pearl of Africa. 9 Day Primates and Wildlife

Day One: Right after our breakfast we leave Kampala and along the way we are provided with bottled water. The appropriate time to set off Take a trip to murchison to see the Rhinos.from Kampala is 6am and drive towards Masindi. We branch off to go visit the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. Formerly the rhinos were extinct during the war that took place in Uganda, its recent when they were restored in this reserve. The animals are protected and these occupy a large piece of land. As you enjoy your game drive, you will see them moving through the savannah. This will take about 2 hours of adventure and later proceed to Murchison Falls National Park. We arrive and check in to your preferred lodge. Have lunch and relax as you delight in the cool environment.

In the afternoon, we set off for our first game drive through the park. You will be delighted  to see lots of animals for example giraffes, elephants, antelopes, Uganda kob, waterbucks, lions, buffaloes, warthogs and different species of birds all in our designed safari Vehicle. Remember to carry extra batteries because you may not want to miss anything. The ride takes about 2 to 3 hours of the vehicle driving slowly through the savannah and enable you catch the best sights of the animals in the wilderness. Day Two:  An exquisite breakfast and head out for the second early morning game drive. This is the best time to see the early risers and those retiring to go to sleep. If not, see lion cubs with their mothers, solitary buffaloes that were chased from the family, large crowds of elephants,giraffes,antelopes and leopards all moving through the savannah. In the late afternoon, we get ready for the boat launch cruise on the Nile. You will sail towards Murchison Falls and catch a glance at crocodiles basking in the sun, hippos thrashing the water, buffaloes and elephants coming for water, others seen at a distance grazing and lots of bird species such as storks, fish eagle and many others. As you approach the top of the falls, the moment will be breathtaking. You will take as many photos as possible that will remind you of a wonderful time you had in Murchison Falls National Park.
The Falls are a magnificent show of the power of nature. The river is about 50 meters higher than the falls. It slashes down through a 7 meterBuffaloes chilling in dirty water in Murchison Falls Park. gorge and drops down 43 meters. Day 3-We drive from Murchison Falls to Queen Elizabeth Park: A lovely breakfast and check out of the lodge. The journey begins heading towards Kampala. We cross the Nile for the last time and proceed to the top of Murchison Falls; we take a walk and catch a glance at the falls right from above. From this spot, you can take good pictures covering the entire area. The journey is interesting as you will see various sights that reveal the natural beauty of Uganda. Have lunch at Masindi hotel and continue to Queen Elizabeth Park. We arrive and check in to your preferred lodge. These range from super luxury, luxury, moderate and budget. Day 4 – Queen Elizabeth Park Wildlife Safari: Right after breakfast, head out for an early morning drive. You will see lots of animals and some occupying the crater area. The vehicle moves at a slow pace enabling you to take good pictures that will remind you of a beautiful time you had in Uganda. In the afternoon, we head out for the boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. The channel connects lake Gorge and Lake Edward, you will see large concentration of hippos thrashing the water, crocodiles basking the sun, buffaloes and elephants coming for water, some animals seen at a distance and lots of bird species. In the evening we set off for the game drive that is optional, return to your lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth Park – Chimpanzee tracking: A lovely morning breakfast and drive off to Kyambura Gorge for Chimpanzee tracking. Chimpanzee in Kyambura Queen Elizabeth National Park.The walk is not challenging and you are guided by a ranger who will take you to the best spot where chimpanzees are easily seen. You need an experienced ranger who can tell where they were the previous day. As you track the chimpanzees, you will come across other primates like Black and white monkeys, Olive baboon, Red tailed monkey, Colobus monkeys, Vervet Monkeys and many others. Have your packed lunch and continue to Maramagambo Forest famous for birding. You will see thousands of bats as well as snakes, the moment will be exhilarating. Right after dinner, we proceed for the nocturnal game drive; you will get a chance to see animals you failed to see during the day. You may fail to take clear pictures but the encounter will be memorable.

Day 6 – Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest: Have an early morning breakfast and drive to Bwindi. Along the journey, you will see tree climbing lions in Ishasha region. You will enjoy seeing the kabale hills and how they cultivate their land. We arrive and check in to your desired lodge. Day 7 – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park Gorilla: Have breakfast and head out to the park’s headquarters for an orientation about gorilla tracking. You are split into groups according to the one assigned, you move into the forest. Bwindi has 9 gorilla families and these include; Rushegura, Kyaguriro, Oruzogo, Habinyanja, Nshongi, Bitukura, Mubare, Nkuringo as well as Kahungye. Hiking takes about 8hours or less depending on where they were the day before. Hiking through the dense forest will give you a chance to see primates, butterflies, bird species, fauna and flora. Some level of physical fitness is required and just in case you get tired, there are porters that will carry you at a fee. You are advised to leave a distance of about 5 meters while watching the gorillas. Coming face to face with the gorillas will be breathtaking; you will see them do their daily routine work such as playing, resting and the mothers feeding their young ones. Silence must be observed and as you take photos endeavor to take off the flash light. Children below the age of 15 are not allowed to track the gorillas.However elderly people wishing to Gorilla of Nkuringo feeding at leisure.encounter a lifetime memory can track the Rushegura group of gorillas, these are easily accessed around the forest. Only a group of 8 people are allowed to track the gorillas, the experience is so adventurous and worth your safari.

Depending on the time, you may go for a village walk to see the Batwa people who are known as the pygmies. You will surely get information on how they have managed to survive in this area. You will visit the women craft shops, community school and see their traditional healer.Men, women and children will be glad to entertain you with their cultural dance and sing as well. Day 8 –End of Gorilla Tracking Safari and drive off to Lake Mburo: A lovely morning breakfast and proceed to Lake Mburo National Park. A magnificent place to relax after a long journey of visiting different parks in Uganda. We arrive and check in your lodge. Have lunch as you enjoy seeing animals moving around the lodge’s vicinity. In the afternoon, we set off the boat cruise around the lake. You will get a chance to see hippos thrashing the water, crocodiles basking in the sun, antelopes, zebras buffaloes and bird species. Day 5: Queen Elizabeth-Chimpanzee Tracking: Have an early morning breakfast and drive off to Kyambura Gorge for Chimpanzee tracking. You will be guided by a ranger who will take you to the best spot where chimpanzees are easily seen. Chimpanzees move nightly and so an experienced ranger must be familiar with them and can easily locate where they were the previous day. As you move, you will meet other primates like Black and white monkeys, Colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, Blue monkeys, Red tailed monkeys and Olive baboons. For birdwatching, Kyambura is another popular spot. Commonly seen birds include Black Bee Eater and Blue Bellied Kingfisher and others. Day Five: Delight in an early morning breakfast and set off for a three hour game drive. This activity is done in the morning to give you a chance to see early risers and those retiring to go to sleep. The experience is breathtaking as you will come along a large group of buffaloes and some that were isolated and look frustrated with life. As you continue with the drive, you will see a family of lions resting and other animals like antelopes, waterbucks, warthogs, leopards, monkeys and different kinds of bird species.
As we conclude our game drive with beautiful memories, we go for lunch at our lodging facility. After lunch, we take an afternoon of relaxing and later on set out for the second time game drive. During this time you get an opportunity to see animals that you failed to see in the morning, you will enjoy a good view of the volcanic lakes that are seen in the shadows of the Rwenzori Mountains. You will find it amazing and worth your safari. Return to your lodge for dinner and rest as you hear sounds of birds and animals break the still of the night in the park.

Day Six : We take our last breakfast at Queen Elizabeth National Park and our journey begins to Kibale Forest National Park for Chimpanzee tracking . It’s a rainforest acknowledged to have about 13 species of primates that are rare to discover in East Africa. A beautiful drive through the fabulous countryside of the region with various features to see. You will actually feel the change in the weather as you approach the Rwenzoria Mountains. This will be fulfilling for your tour to Kibale.We arrive and check in your preferred lodge. Other animals will definitely be seen roaming around the park. Return to your lodge and rest to the beautiful sounds made by various species of birds in the jungle.

Day Seven: Here comes the long awaited day of chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park. We proceed to the park’s goriheadquarters for an orientation about tracking the chimpanzees. You are assigned a ranger who will take you through the forest, You will see other primates like baboons, Red Tailed Monkeys, Blue Monkeys, Black and White Colobus Monkeys and Grey Cheeked Mangabey. The forest harbors close to 325 species of birds for example hornbill, colorful turacos and many others. You will enjoy a wonderful view of about 144 different types of butterflies. Other animals that are easily seen include the forest elephants, buffaloes and antelopes. Getting a closer look at the chimpanzees will be breathtaking and an experience for a lifetime. You will see chimpanzee families doing their daily routine and at this point, you are allowed to take pictures but remember to maintain silence. Return to your lodge for lunch and rest.

In the afternoon, we head out for a nature walk in Bigodi Swamp wetland. You will see about 135 bird species in the plita figs, papyrus as well as wild palms. Monkeys will be spotted in every corner and still get a chance to see the rare Sitatunga antelope. You may see some chimpanzees around the wetland and all this will be fabulous for your safari.

Day Eight:  Enjoy an exquisite breakfast at your lodge and drive off to Kampala. Have lunch along the way and arrive in Kampala late in the evening. Check in your hotel and if you have a flight, you proceed to the airport. If you still have time, you may enjoy an exciting nightlife in Kampala where the party never stops. You will dance to the sounds of African music and make friends since Ugandans are known to be hospitable.Our guide will be available to drive you back to your lodge.
